Shipping Costs

PO BOXES will NOT be accepted

General freight cost is $15 on orders under 20kg & shipped to Queensland & New South Wales.
Additional feight surcharges apply to orders shipped to Northen Territory and remote Western Australia ($35) and/or on large/heavy items ($50).
Otherwise, for purchases over $99 & shipped within Queensland & New South Wales, freight is free. 

Shipping costs will be displayed at the checkout before purchase is confirmed.

No other overseas orders accepted.

All orders are covered by insurance from loss or damage in transit, from warehouse to advised shipping address.

Please allow between 3-10 business days for shipped orders to arrive.
Where possible some items may be dispatched & shipped from one location.
Orders with multiple items may not arrive simultaneously.

For deliveries we use the following freight companies: Star Trac Express , Australia Post and Couriers Please.

Whilst we accept orders 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, orders will be processed during normal trading hours - Monday to Friday, 9am-5.30pm EST

Someone must be present at the designated shipping address during normal business hours (Mon – Fri, 9am to 5pm) to sign for deliveries. Extra charges will be incurred for repeated drop off attempts.
