The Scrolls Bass Odyssey offers a deep exploration of the vast landscape of electric bass tones. It caters to a broad spectrum of musical styles, seamlessly transitioning from the classic sounds of Motown to the intensity of Metal, and everything in between. This pedal includes a drive channel reminiscent of a tube amplifier, an active EQ channel equipped with three convenient push-button switches for effortless tone adjustments, buffered parallel output, an onboard effects loop, and a balanced XLR output that features a hint of analog filtering to replicate the warmth of a speaker cabinet. With its powerful features in a compact design, the Scrolls Bass Odyssey is an indispensable tool, perfect for any session or live performance, allowing you to leave behind all you need besides your bass.

Switching
Scrolls uses relay-based true bypass switching. Since the switching is relay-based, it requires power to pass a signal. The EQ side uses standard on/off switching, the Drive side uses Flexi-Switch® Technology.

Power
This device takes a standard 9-volt DC power supply with a 2.1 mm negative center barrel. We always recommend pedal-specific, transformer-isolated wall-wart power supplies or multiple isolated-output supplies. Pedals will make extra noise if there is ripple or unclean power. Switching-type power supplies, daisy chains and non-pedal specific power supplies do not filter dirty power as well and let through unwanted noise. DO NOT RUN AT HIGHER VOLTAGES!
