Designed specifically for the needs of today’s demanding metal guitarists, the Solar Type A2 series delivers a perfect blend of exceptional performance and high-quality construction at an accessible price. This Type A2.6FR Canibalismo is a six-string instrument that combines a striking neon pink matte finish with a stealth aesthetic and a unique cutaway scoop, resulting in a precise, professional tool built for the rigors of the stage and the studio. Its feature set is anchored by a Floyd Rose Special bridge equipped with a 34 mm block, which enhances both resonance and sustain, while the tremolo springs are kept mechanically silent. To ensure a complete range of sonic possibilities—spanning everything from organic clean tones to saturated, heavy overdrive—this guitar is outfitted with a pair of Duncan Solar pickups that maintain maximum clarity and fluid sustain. The instrument is crafted with a mahogany body and a 25.5” scale length, utilizing a set-thru neck joint that allows for full access to the fretboard. The thin, fast maple neck is paired with a rosewood fingerboard holding 24 super-jumbo frets, offering a comfortable playing experience. Furthermore, the build includes black matte hardware, Solar 18:1 tuners, and a five-way blade switch for versatile pickup configuration.
