The Alesis Crimson MK3 is a nine-piece electronic drum kit with distinctive Alesis mesh drum heads for realistic playability and expression. 

The upgraded Crimson MK3 drum module features 80 kits (40 factory/40 user) over 470 sounds, many of which are sourced directly from the world-renowned BFD drum library. 

The user interface has also been improved, with 6 mix faders for total level control.

  A Complete Package for Drummerss

  This drum kit is equipped with an 8” kick, a 12” dual-zone snare, two 8” dual-zone rack toms, and a 10” dual-zone floor tom, (Patent #US 9,424,827 B2) along with a 12” hi-hat with control pedal, two 12” crashes with choke, and a 14” triple-zone ride. A premium 4-post steel rack with a separate double-braced snare stand keeps everything solidly anchored, no matter how hard you play.

  Studio-Ready Tools and USB Connectivity

  To further sharpen your skills, there’s a built-in metronome, real time recorder, and a 1/8” input for playing along with your mobile device, so you’ll be ready for the practice or performance. There are also a stereo pair of 1/4"outputs, a headphone output, and a USB-MIDI output for triggering your favorite virtual instrument plugins.

  
  

  Expand Your Sound With WAV Sample Import

  The Crimson III drum module also features an SD card input. You can use this input to load your own .WAV samples for additional sound selection. Once the .WAV samples are loaded, you can easily assign these to any zone of any pad on the Crimson III Kit – the creative possibilities are boundless. You can also load in .WAV files of play-along tracks using this input.
